CHAPTER 5: OUTCOMES DESCRIPTION
Describe the work environment you have experienced (in terms of people interactions, facilities
available and maintenance, clarity of job roles, protocols, procedures, processes, discipline, time
management, harmonious relationships, socialization, mutual support and teamwork, motivation, space
and ventilation, etc.)
A work environment is a place where a person or intent or people performs job.it can impact the
feeling ,
relationship and growth of interns during the internship. I did my internship on able to experience a
good
environment.I interacted with SAMPATH INFO PRIVATE LIMITED .Mr .D. ANIL KUMAR who
who trained us and give some valuable suggestions and rendered her incompletion of my project.our
internal guides Mrs.Y. SRIDEVI guided us .the co interns and faculty were friendly and approachable
fully equipped computer systems wifi and projector to take classes.the work had well established
protocols
,procedure and processes that were strictly.the timing are with minimal breaks for mind .clear guidance
The internship time was full of discipline and made me punctual in completing my
work in time and develop my time management skills . I experienced some harmonious relationships
with my co interns and guides ,lecturers to work together and complete the internship.
During this i realized that was a mutual support between all of even in the bunch over works
my
teammates supported and help me to get out of p;ressure of over work.Raising my network of people
The work was adequate and ventilation was good .My experience in the work .
my experience in the work environment during my internship was positive with help
Page No:
Describe the real time technical skills you have acquired :
PYTHON IN IOT:
ARDUINO IN IOT:
One of the most important task when making an iot device using arduino is to
connect in simple words that what is a network of physically that connected to the network the think can
be call the internet of things device are received data to do and from the internet IOT devices can also
exchange data with each other via the internet.
Page No:
Describe the managerial skills you have acquired (in terms of planning, leadership, team work,
behavior, workmanship, productive use of time, weekly improvement in competencies, goal setting,
decision making, performance analysis, etc.
LEADERSHIP:
leadership is a strategic vision and ability to communicate potential of what we have learn that
leadership has a data analysis it development and security we also learn that a leadership must know
that it has a customer orientation
DECISION MAKING:
We have learnt from my respective lectures and trainers that making a good decision includes
involvement in the experiments and understanding the needs of connection and the folding part and we
discuss with our teammates which ensures coordination between us.
SETTING A GOAL:
we also learn some key consideration and setting a goal and we followed some keys like that the goal
must be achievable, realistic and can be measurable mainly goal must be time based
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS:
Our respective lecturer observed our performance and helped us to improve our skills more effectively
and efficiently.
WORKMANSHIP:
observed our work and explained some simple ways to do work in a most fluent way.
PLANNING SKILLS :
I have learned to plan my work each day and what I need for the next day without postponing. planning
skill in iot a is crucial in real time.
BEHAVIOR:
I have learned so many things from my lecturers and trainers that behavior is very important while
doing experiments . I maintain good behavior while listening.
Time is very valuable and we utilize our time while performing experiments and also learned the
experiments Effectively.
Page No:
Describe how you could improve your communication skills
Communication is not only about what you say but also how you say if I always communicate with my
team is a very polite way and also I give respect to my team in all aspects such as listening Idea and
thoughts.
I always listen to my co - interns to understand exactly what they are telling and in turn I can give any
suggestions and modifications for what they said. Through this I can build a good relationship with my
team .
communicating face to face with my our co- interns is always the best opinion I always used to
communicate with my co interns face to face so that I can develop trust and workplace relationship
more quickly
In my internship program ,I learn how to communicate with different people with different
mind set I have learn to be confident while expressing my ideas and thoughts to my co-intern so that I
can communicate with them in a better way
I always thank my team members who help me to get the knowledge about
the project that we are done I always make sure that my ideas and thoughts to be detected clearly not to
repeat same thing again and again which leads to over communication
Page No:
Describe how you could enhance your abilities in group discussions, participation in teams,
contribution as a team member, leading a team/activity.
I enhance my abilities in a group discussion by introducing the topic and purpose of the discussion
introducing myself and the other team members making sure all the members have approximately the
same time to speak thanking group members for their contribution and being objective in summarizing
the group discussion and achievement
I always participate in any group discussion with my co interns with an appropriate tone that means I
can be I convey my thoughts and ideas in your very soft and polite manner and also I speak to m y team
with the high confidence in sharing my valuable thoughts
The disagreement should be respectful but not ridiculous don't interrupt listen
to the other team members thoughts expect the other times try to keep your comments reason will short
and to be point so that the others have a chance to respond consider seriously and try to evaluate them
fairly don't be defensive if someone disagree with you everyone is responsible for following and holding
the ground rule.
Page No:
Describe the technological developments you have observed and relevant to the subject area of
training (focus on digital technologies relevant to your job role)
MICRO CONTROLLER:
ARDUINO UNO:
The ARDUINO UNO is an open source microcontroller both based on the microchip 80
Mega 3208 P microcontroller MCU and developed my arduino CC and initially released in 2010 the board has 14
digital input output pins . 6 capable of PWM output 6 analogue input and output pins and is programmable with
the ARDUINO IDE via a type 13 USB.
RASPBERRY PI:
The Raspberry Pi is a low cost credit card sized computer that plugs into a computer monitor or TV that uses its
standard keyboard and mouse. It is capable of a few devices that enable people of all ages to explore computing
and to learn how to program in languages like scratch and python.
LM35:
LM 35 is a commonly known used temperature sensor; it shows values in the form of output voltage instead of
degree Celsius; it can be also used for measuring battery temperature.
IR SENSOR:
IR sensor is an electronic device that emits light in order to send some objects to the surrounding area.
ULTRASONIC SENSORS:
An ultrasonic sensor is an electrical device that measures the distance of a target object by emitting ultrasonic
sound waves and converting the reflected sound into an electrical signal; it has two main components: transmitter
and receiver.
LDR:
Photoresistor are also known as light dependent resistors, are light sensitive devices most often used to indicate
the presence and absence of light are two measures of the light intensity.
LED LIGHT:
LED stands for light emitting diode LED lighting products that produce light up to 90% more efficiently than
incandescent light bulbs.
