Event Name: Hunt, Flip, Pitch

Faculty Incharge : Saniya Maam , Thivakar Sir

Time Slot : 30th Jan , 10:00 Am

Brief Overview:
A dynamic three-round event focusing on teamwork, physical activity, problem-solving, and
presentation skills. Participants solve puzzles, perform physical tasks, and pitch their
results creatively.

Rules:
• Each team must consist of 3–4 members.
• No use of unfair means or external help is allowed. Teams found cheating will be disqual-
ified.
• Stick to the time limits for each round. Teams failing to complete tasks within the given
time will lose points or face elimination.
• The host's decision is final and binding in all matters.

Round Specific Rules :


Round 1 - Scavenger Hunt:

1. Each team member must scan one QR code to participate. Sharing QR codes with
other teams is prohibited.
2. Teams must work together to decode the clues and locate the hidden puzzle pieces.
3. Teams cannot physically interfere with other teams during the hunt.

Round 2 - Flip the Bottle & Solve the Puzzle:

1. Only one team member may flip bottles at a time.


2. Each successful flip allows the team to place one puzzle piece on the board.
3. Teams may only begin assembling their puzzle once they have successfully flipped
bottles to earn pieces.

Round 3 - Elevator Pitch:

1. The pitch should be 5 minutes long; exceeding the time limit may result in penalties.
2. Creativity, teamwork, and storytelling will be key evaluation criteria.
3. All team members must participate in the presentation

Winner Selection:
• Winners will be decided based on the combined individual scores of all team mem-
bers across all rounds.
• Performance in each round will contribute to individual scores, which will then be
aggregated for the team’s final score.
• The team with the highest combined score wins.

Time Required to Finish:


• Round 1: 1hr
• Round 2: 30-1hr
• Round 3: 5-10 min per team

Participants use mystery components to develop innovative prototypes, highlighting creativ-
ity, technical skills, and presentation.

Rules:
• Each team must consist of 3–4members.
• Teams must use only the components provided in the mystery box. External components
or tools are not allowed unless specified.
• Adhere to the time limits for each round. Late submissions will lead to penalties.
• Teams must work independently. Sharing ideas or interfering with other teams is prohib-
ited.
• The host's decision is final and binding in case of disputes.
Round Specific Rules :

Round 1) Teams must finish building their prototype in the given time slot

Round 2 ) The presentation should be 5- 10 minutes long; exceeding the time limit
may result in penalties.

Brief Overview:
Teams investigate a simulated crime scene to identify, analyze, and reconstruct a malfunc-
tioning project using tech skills and forensic methods.

Rules:
• Each team must consist of 3–5 members.
• Adhere to the time limits for each round. Late submissions will lead to
penalties.
• Teams must work independently. Sharing ideas or interfering with other
teams is prohibited.
• The host's decision is final and binding in case of disputes

Round Specific Rules :


Round 1 - Analyze and Reconstruct (1 hour 30 minutes):

• Teams must analyze the provided clues to identify issues in the project.
• Solve both code and hardware problems to reconstruct a functional
project.

Round 2 - Presentation:

• Present the solution creatively, incorporating investigative puns.


• Demonstrate the working project, explaining how the issues were re-
solved.

Time Required to Finish:


• Round 1: 30 minutes
• Round 2: 60 minutes
• Round 3: 10–15 minutes

• Mock crime scene setup


• Clue materials (broken circuits, corrupted code)
• Debugging tools , circuitry , Testing Tools (voltmeter etc)
