OBJECTIVE By the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to:

correctly.

ACTIVITY

Pre-lesson: Teacher asks a few questions in past tense and randomly calls out pupils to answer.

Lesson delivery:
1. Pupils refer to textbook page 28 and look for questions that are in past tense form.
2. Pupils share their answers and are called out to write the sentences on the board.
3. Pupils are briefed on punctuations (use of comma, full stop and apostrophe and word order in writing
questions in past tense).
4. Pupils refer to Activity 3 in textbook page 29. Pupils copy the questions into the exercise books and
answer them based on the story.

Post lesson: Pupils are given a few random questions in past tense.
(Did you brush your teeth just now?) Did she finish her work)
ASSESSMENT METHOD

Observation: Listen to students’ responses and answers.
