SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Subcontract Agreement made and executed by:

I&E CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, a contractor of DPWH duly


organized and existing by virtue of the Laws of the Philippines, with principal office at Lot 7
& 8 Blk 10 BF Homes Martinville Manuyo 2 represented by Engr. Joseph N. Neverio, who has
been authorized for this purpose hereinafter referred to as the “CONTRACTOR”.

pursuant to the provisions of the Laws of the Philippines.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, DPWH (LPMDEO) awarded in favor of herein CONTRACTOR the


implementation of project set forth herein below:

WHEREAS, the GENERAL CONTRACTOR deemed it proper that herein


SUBCONTRACTOR shall execute the implementation of the abovenamed projects;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, the CONTRACTOR
hereby assigns, transfer and conveys in favor of the SUBCONTRACTOR, its successors and
assigns, all of the CONTRACTOR’S rights, title and interest pursuant to terms and conditions
under the contract between the CONTRACTOR and DPWH including any and all of the
obligations which may arise or occur during the effectivity of this subcontract which shall
continue to be valid, binding and in full force and effect until the full execution and completion
of the project and all obligations and requirements of the CONTRACTOR had been satisfied
and performed.

every page.
