Ration Card Queue
Management System
Application
Welcome to our innovative solution for optimizing and managing the
distribution of ration cards efficiently. This web application is designed to
streamline the process, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall user
experience.
Our system is divided into three key modules: Admin, Staff, and User, each
tailored to meet the specific needs of different stakeholders in the ration
card distribution process. Let's explore how this system revolutionizes the
traditional approach to ration card management.
Abstract
The Ration Card Queue Management System is an innovative web application designed to optimize
and manage the distribution of ration cards efficiently. The system is divided into three key modules:
Admin, Staff, and User. The Admin module provides administrators with secure login capabilities,
allowing them to manage staff login credentials and oversee user details. Admins have the ability to
monitor and review user interactions and feedback to ensure the smooth operation of the system.
The Staff module enables staff members to log in and access their specific functionalities. Staff can
view user details, create and issue tokens—each with a unique Token Number, Ration ID, Name,
Timestamp, and Date—and update token statuses as either “Pending” or “Waiting List.” This ensures
accurate tracking of each user's progress through the queue. For the User module, the public can
register and log in to check their token numbers and statuses. Users are able to view real-time
updates on their token’s status and post feedback. This module enhances user engagement and
provides transparency in the ration distribution process. The system collectively aims to improve
operational efficiency, reduce wait times, and enhance the overall user experience.
