Dksortho & Sharma pharmaceutical pvt. Ltd. January-2024 –till date

❖ Recruitment : managed the entire recruitment lifecycle,including manpower form provision,


understanding job requirement and posting on job portals, social media, and advertisements.
Screened, called and shortlisted candidate, scheduling interviews across HR , HOD, final
management approval round. Negotiated CTC and finalized offers, followed by issuing formal offer
letters and managing the verification process.
❖ Onboarding process : ensured a smooth onboarding experience by overseeing new ensuring all
necessary kits were provided. Conducted team induction sessions.
❖ Documentation & compliance : prepared offer / appointment letters and compliance forms,
ensured all assets and materials were received on time through coordination with the concerned
teams , and maintained the ERP database with updated sales targets and payroll data. Ensured
statutory compliance with labor laws and resolved and leave issues.
❖ Communication & performance management : managed email communication regarding
performance , handovers, and related tasks. Assisted in creating circulars, policies, and
miscellaneous letters, resolving disciplinary and grievance issues, and supporting performance
management processes.
❖ Event management & feedback : organized company events and celebration conducted regular
feedback sessions on a monthly/quarterly basis, and managed the full & final settlement process,
including handovers and exit interviews.
❖ ESIC/Provident fund/ professional tax :
● PF registration related activities including enrolment, withdrawals, and transfers.
● To generate monthly PF, ESIC and PT challan and payment receipt.
● KYC PF disc signature update and approval.
❖ Legal & Statuory compliance :
● Factory licence, stability certificate, form 10 & 11 , ESIC and professional tax .
● Quarterly licence, stability to employment exchange ER-1, Form 85% submission, CNV forms.
● LWF, factory half yearly return-25, annual returns-24 etc. Bonus etc..
● Register maintains as per the factory acts.
❖ Employment Engagement activities :
● Budget and planning approval as per the management decision.
● Schedule timing and process.
● Employee involment and happiness.
❖ Routine Works:
● Missing punch updating & contact to reporting HOD for any othet work pending or not.
● Maintain personal file record , general query solve, update HR database.
● Checking the probation, retirement, birthday and others.
❖ Govt. offices & liasoning works :
● Visit to kubar bhavan for factory licence, renewal licence.
● Visit to narmada bhavan for bonus form submitting.
● Apprentice registration works, compliance related works.
