below, as and by way of an equitable mortgage with registration/registered mortgage, with intent to secure the due payment, discharge and
redemption by me/us of the loan granted by the Kaabil Finance & Vistaar Financial Services Pvt Ltd to me as recorded in the Loan Agreement, dated
4/5/2025 there matter referred to as “ The Said Agreement, together with interest additional interest, Liquidated damages, commitment charges,
