Visit report

As per my inspection visit of Dada Dairies, Iqbal Nagar, Kasur November 24, 2022, I am
submitting my report as.

Objective: - Inspect weighbridges for weighing errors.


Customer: - Dada Dairies, Iqbal Nagar, Kasur.
Visit date: - November 24, 2022.
Reference: - Libra Scales.

Weighbridge details:-
Platform size: - 60 x 10 Feet
Working capacity: - 120 tons
Min. Division: - 5 kg
No of load cells: - 8 nos.
Load cells model: - Double Ended Share Beam (Ball Type)
Indicator: - E1205.
Interface: - Indicators is connected with printer.
Platform design: - Concrete Platform.
Current Status: - Currently this weighbridge is not in proper satisfactory working
condition.
Possible causes of error: -
Platform cause: -
Normal position of weighbridge platform
 Platform of the weighbridge plays a vital role
on accuracy of weighbridge. This is the first
element which gets the load and then
transfers this load on the load cell. Position
and alignment of load cells are directly
related with platform strength. If the
platform of weighbridge is not at it’s require strength then it bends, and at the result
the alignment and position of one or more load cells is disturbed.
Platform Position at Dada Dairies Weighbridge.
 In our case at (Dada Dairier
Weighbridge) there is a major fault in the
platform. This platform's main beam is
cracked at different places and may not
transfer load of vehicle on load cells
completely. Due to this fault, accurate
weighment cannot be performed. (See
attached pictures).
Recommended Solutions: -
There is only one possible solution for this problem, i.e. to replace this weighbridge platform
with new platform.
