ACTIVITY 12 |Daily Task Record / Daily Journal

Feb,5 2025
Day 1
Dear [J],

On our first day, I learned a lot, such as packaging loaf bread, icing cakes, cutting banana leaves, and many more. I'm really happy to
be here and work with the staff. We finished our tasks early, so we were able to go home early.

Feb,6 2025
Day 2
Dear [J],

On our second day, we continued packaging loaf bread, making dough, and placing it on sheet pans. We also had to redo some of our work
because of mistakes. We finished early again and went ho
me.

Feb,7 2025
Day 3
Dear [J],

On our third day, I helped shape pineapple pies, but I had a hard time because I didn't understand the instructions. I
also separated egg whites from egg yolks, which made me nervous, but I was able to finish the task. We took a break
at 12 noon and then went back to work. We finished early again.

Day 8
Dear [J],

On our eighth day, we had to pack a lot of sliced bread, which took a long time. We also helped arrange the bread that had been baked

Feb,13 2025
Day 9
Dear [J],

On our ninth day, I helped pack loaf bread, monggo, and garlic toast bread. We finished late, so we didn't get to go home until 1:30 pm
Today, we went back to Fix n Mix for our immersion. When we arrived, it was already past 1:30 pm and we saw them packing
tamarinds, so I helped out. After we finished packing, we cleaned up the area where we worked and were instructed to arrange the
packed tamarinds, which totaled 13 equivalent to 55 in a stocking can. After we finished arranging, we went inside to look for more
work to do. I found some work and was instructed to slice bread to make biscocho for tomorrow, but I wasn't able to finish it. I'll have
to come back to it.

Feb,14 2025
Day 10
Dear [J],

Today was our last day at Fix n Mix. This morning, we worked on packaging monggo and especial. We carefully placed the bread in their
respective containers. As time passed, I felt sadder and more distracted because I knew we would be leaving and wouldn't see them
again. I've gotten used to their teasing, and to them, we're not just strangers, but part of their family. There's nothing I can do about it,
though, because this is part of my immersion. It's sad, but I know that someday I'll see them again.

This afternoon, I worked on packing Choco rolls and banana cake. We needed to work together to finish the task. After we finished, we
took a picture with the other staff members for remembrance and for our portfolio. We also said our goodbyes. We left Fix n Mix
happily, without any tears. That's how my day ended.

pacencia big. This afternoon, we went home early because there was no production from the staff, making it easy for us to finish our
tasks. We were almost done and ready to head home.

Day 6
Dear [J],

On our sixth day, I helped take out the bread from the oven and pack it. We also had to work on a special order of insaymada. After we
finished, we cleaned up and then went to help with other tasks.
