Key Responsibilities:

 Handle calls, emails, and tickets from end users.


 Log incidents/requests and provide L1 support for desktops and peripherals.
 Assign tickets to relevant teams if needed.
 Update ticket status and activity notes regularly.

 Manage AD replication topology and OU creation
