UNDERTAKING CUM INDEMNITY

I/We, _____________________ S/o ________ , R/o ______________, do hereby solemnly


affirm and declare as under:

1. That I am the legitimate Buyer of the Unit bearing no. ___________ situated
at _______________________________ herein referred to as the “UNIT”, from
the promoter ____________________ , having its registered office at
Mahaluxmi Metro Tower, C1/C2, Sector 4, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
201010 (Near Vaishali Metro Station).
2. That I am making the payment for the purchase of the aforementioned
unit through cheque/DD/RTGS bearing no. _______________ drawn on
__________________, bank name _______________ , amounting to Rs.
__________________ dated _____________________ from my own resources
and/or from third-party resources.
3. That if any, payment towards the purchase of the said unit is made
through third-party resources; I take full and complete responsibility for
the legitimacy and legality of such funds.
4. That in the event of any discrepancy, illegality or issue arising regarding
the source of funds used for the payment, I shall be solely and fully
responsible for the same and the promoter company holds no
responsibility of such funds.
5. That the promoter shall have no liability or responsibility in connection
with the source of funds used by me for the purchase of the said unit.
6. That I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the promoter against any
civil/criminal action by any authority or claims, demands, actions,
liabilities, losses or damages arising from or related to the source of funds
used for the payment.
7. That in the event of any discrepancy, illegality or issue is found in the
source of funds; the promoter has the absolute right to cancel the booking
of the unit and also can take civil/criminal action in respect of the same.
Any such happening of an event, any amount paid by me towards the
booking or purchase of the unit shall be forfeited by the promoter, and I
shall have no claim or demand against the promoter for the same.
8. That this undertaking cum indemnity is given by me willingly and without
any coercion or undue influence.
9. I, __________________ , do hereby declare that the contents of this affidavit
are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
