I am concerned for the above named Proposed Respondents.
1. The above Petition was filed by Petitioner for discharge of Advocate
Mrs. Rekha Mehta in Testimentary Petition no. 30 of 2025.
2. There is extreme urgency in this matter because Advocate Mrs. Rekha Mehta
has been discharged by way of Chamber Order dated 27th January 2025.
3. Unfortunately the Petitioner has not appointed any Advocate to complete the
remaining pending duties of Advocate. Mrs. Rekha Mehta and delaying the
case. Therefore this Vakalatnama for the Proposed Respondents be placed on
record at the earliest .
4. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, and in the interest of justice,
