Employment with Stalwart Sphere, Malta
We are pleased to offer you employment in the position of Electrical. This letter and
accompanying enclosure will summarize important details of matters pertaining to your
employment. Also enclosed is information about current benefits, which are provided to the
workforce here at Company name. Our payroll, and other human resource management
services are provided through clear employer services, a professional employer organization.
This appointment is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Pay Roll Schedule:
Your compensation will be €1340 per month, less payroll deductions and required taxes and
withholding, and will be paid on date. This is a [non-exempt] position and your schedule will
be 8 hours per week plus per-approved overtime as required. You are expected to work
during the core hours of 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday. For any overtime worked,
your rate of pay will be €18 per hour.
Probationary Period:-
You are required to serve a probationary period of 1 month after which your service will be
confirmed subject to satisfactory performance. The probationary period may be extended or
shortened at the absolute discretion of the Company. During the probationary period, the
appointment may be terminated by either party giving 1 week notice in writing to the other
party or on payment of one (1) month salary in lieu of notice.
Over Time:-
Working hours/Days of work: 8 hours/ 5 days a week.
Payment of overtime, Will be paid for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours within one
week.

Duties & Responsibility:
You are required to perform the duties and responsibilities related to your position at any
division, department or section in the Company or within the Group of Companies. You will
be deployed at Birkirkara ,Malta.
Hours of work:
Your hours of work are based on the normal operating hours of the Company and are
expected to be for Eight (8) hours daily. You are entitle to one(1) hour break daily. The
company is opened Twenty-four (24) hours throughout the week and you are to work
Five(5) days in a week might be extended if required and you will be paid double for the
extra period. The schedule of your working hours will be co-ordinate by your supervisor.
Benefits and Pension:
As an Employee of Stalwart Sphere, you will be eligible to participate in company group
benefits plans for Employee's, according to the terms of plans. You are also eligible to
participate in the company's, money purchase pension Plan in accordance with the plan
requirements. You will entitle to Eat Company’s meal from the canteen.Company will
provide Accommodation on sharing bases and Local transportation . Flight Ticket will be
provided by company.
You are also entitling to a suitable & comfortable accommodation as an Employee of
Stalwart Sphere, Malta.
Tickets & Transportation:-
You will receive full reimbursement for travel expenses related to events you participate in
as part of your job, upon manager’s approval. These expenses include transportation,
lodging and meals. The exact terms of travel expense reimbursements are described in the
Company’s travel policy.
You will get flight tickets from your home country to Malta and vice versa till contract
duration or under employment with company, after company getting full evidence of your
visa approval.
Accommodation:-
The EMPLOYER agrees to ensure that reasonable and proper accommodation is available for
the EMPLOYEE, and shall provide the EMPLOYEE with suitable accommodation, if necessary.
If accommodation is provided, the employer shall recoup costs as outlined below. Such costs
shall not be more than is reasonable for accommodations of that type in the employment
location.

Transfer/Secondment:-
You are subject to transfer or secondment to any place where the Company has an office or
when required in the course of performing your duties.
Workplace Safety Insurance (Worker's Compensation):-
The EMPLOYER agrees to register The EMPLOYEE under the relevant provincial government
insurance plan. The EMPLOYER agrees not to deduct money from The EMPLOYEE'S wages for
this purpose.
Terminitation:-
After confirmation of your employment, notice of termination of employment will be three
(3) month’s notice in writing or three (3) month’s salary in lieu of notice from either party.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the Company shall be entitled to terminate your
employment without notice, indemnities and compensation in any of the following events:
i) if you are, in the opinion of the Company, guilty of dishonesty, misconduct or negligence in
the performance of your duties.
ii) if you have been found to have committed a serious breach or continual material breach
of any of your duties or obligations.
iii) if you are found to have made illegal monetary profit or received any gratuities or other
rewards, in cash or in kind, out of any of the Company’s affairs or any of its subsidiaries or
related companies.
Vacation:
You will receive a calendar month of vacation per vacation year, pro-rated for the current
vacation year, according to terms of Article 19.2 Annual Vacation. Vacations are to be taken
at such time or times as are mutually convenient to you and the company. You have 10 Paid
leaves. Company will provided you 30 working days Annual leaves.
Contract Subject to Provincial Labour and Employment Legislation and Applicable
Collective Agreements:-
The EMPLOYER is obliged to abide by the standards set out in the relevant provincial labour
standards act and, if applicable, the terms of any collective agreement in place. In particular,
The EMPLOYER must abide by the standards with respect to how wages are paid, how
overtime is calculated, meal periods, statutory holidays, annual leave, family leave, benefits
and recourse under the terms of the provincial labour standards act and, if relevant,
collective agreement. Any terms of this contract of employment less favourable to The

EMPLOYEE than the standards stipulated in the relevant labour standards act is null and
void.
Retirement:-
The retiring age is at fifty-five (55) years.
**In the absence of evidence of the exact date of birth the employee shall retire on 31st
December of the year the employee attains fifty-five years of age. You can include this in the
appointment letter.
Rules, Regulations & Confidentiality:-
"You shall at all times, devote your full attention and skill to the affairs of the Company and
will endeavor to your utmost ability to promote and advance the interests of the Company.
Accordingly, you undertake that:
you will under no circumstances make available your services to any undertaking, or have
any interest directly or indirectly in any other undertaking or activity which might
interference with the proper performance of your duties without first obtaining the written
permission of the Company.
you will not at any time during the continuance or after the termination of your services with
the Company irrespective of any reason for such termination, make use or disclose to any
party either for your own benefit or for the benefit of any party (individual, firm, company,
any trade or business), the affairs and confidential information of the Company or any of its
related companies of which you have knowledge or become aware during the course of your
service with the Company.
you will obey and comply with all reasonable orders and instructions given to you by the
Company or its authorized agents and observe all standing and other rules and/or
regulations now in force or from time to time approved by the Company.
Other Terms and Conditions:
For International Employee, visa expenses have to be borne by the Employee and will
be refunded back after joining the Company and this is accordingly to the norms of the
company.
