Appointed as: ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

We refer to your recent interview for the above position and are pleased to inform that we are offering you the
position with our firm J B R K & ASSOCIATES , CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS , effective from 01st
February 2025 under the following terms and conditions:

 Salary: As per the discussion had, Salary for the Probationary Period will be Rs 5000/- Per Month which
shall get increased to Rs 8000 per month after the completion of Probationary period.
 Probationary Period: The probationary period of minimum 2 months need to be served by the candidate,
after joining the job.
 Working Hours: The working hours to be followed by the employee shall be from Monday to Saturday
from 09:45 AM till 06:45 AM.
 Policy Leave: Refer Annexure.
 Notice Period Clause: If the employee desires to leave the Firm, he/she needs to serve the notice period of
minimum 1 month.

Annexure for Leave Policy

1. Sudden leaves will not be granted. Prior intimation of leave to be taken should be given on the official mail
id cakhaitanmanish@gmail.com. Leave will be subject to approval of the Firm. In case of sudden leave,
Salary for double the time period of leave will be deducted.
2. As Stated, Office timing is 09:45 AM till 06:45 AM. In case of overtime, the Salary will be provided 2 times
of the actual wages.
3. 15 days paid leave will be provided to the employee during the year which can be availed by him/her at
anytime during the year except July-October. In case no leaves are availed by the employees, he/she shall be
paid for the unused leaves.
4. Every month Rs 1000 shall be deducted from employee’s salary as a security deposit which shall be
refunded back to him at the end of completion of 1 year of employment along with additional bonus of Rs
1000. In case employees leave the organisation before the minimum serving period 1 year, the above money
will be forfeited.
5. Increment Policy: Every Year, there will be an increment in the Salary by 20%. In case of Good
Performance by the employee, an additional bonus of 5% increment in Salary will be provided. However,
additional bonus will depend on the approval of all the Partners of J B R K & Associates.
