EVACUATION PLAN
SYSTEM OPERATING PROCEDURES

I. SITUATION
A. General
The onslaught brought by the previous typhoons in Region 1 particularly in the Province of Pangasinan and La Union left a lot of lessons learned which
calls for a more aggressive disaster preparedness and a well – coordinated disaster risk reduction management systems.
B. Friendly Forces
1. MDRRMC/BDRRMC 4. Rescue 101
2. PNP 5. LGU’s
3. CVOs/BPATs 6. NGO’s
C. Assumptions
Typhoons, floods, earthquake, landslides and other natural disaster may occur in the locality.
II. MISSION
This plan concurrent with MDRRM’s mission and functions will initiate, provide and stablish evacuation centers to the evacuees or victims in case of natural
disaster that may occur to attain zero casualty loss of lives in the locality.
III. EXECUTION
A. Concepts of operation
In case of flooding may occur within the locality especially at the low lying barangays, personnel of this station shall organize themselves and prepare for
Search and Rescue operations and perform their respective tasks.
B. Tasking

1. LDRMMO

a. To act as the overall commander of this plan

b. To Conduct pre – deployment briefing

c. To supervise the Search and Rescue Operations of the SAR personnel in coordination with PNP & BFP

d. To report the prevailing situation to the Local Chief Executive to the MDRRMCO as often as necessary for immediate planning and action

2. PNP (Chief of Police) 7 BFP (Fire Marshall)

a. To assist the MDRRMO in the supervision of SAR operation

b. To render SITREP to the MDRRMC Chair/LDRRMO

c. To inspect personnel and equipment to be used prior deployment of SAR Team

3. PNP Supply Office

a. To assist the MDRRMO in the supervision of SAR operation

b. To render SITEP to the MDRRMC/LDRRMO

c. To inspect personnel and equipment to be used prior deployment of SAR Team.
