This is to authorize the following Emergency Response Personnel listed below to undergo
Water Search and Rescue & Rescue Boat Operation and Maintenance (WASAR-RBOM)
Training Course to be conducted by the Provincial DRRM Office – Administrative and
Training Division in collaboration with Pangasinan Association of Local Disaster Risk
Reduction and Management Officers, Inc. on July 24-28, 2023, at Happy Ripples Resort, San
Fabian, Pangasinan, to wit;
