TO WHON IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to authorize the following Emergency Response Personnel listed below to undergo
Ambulance Management Training to be conducted by the Philippine Red Cross, Western
Pangasinan District Chapter in collaboration with Pangasinan Association of Local Disaster
Risk Reduction and Management Officers, Inc. on October 23-25, 2023, at Island Tropic
Hotel and Restaurant, City of Alaminos, Pangasinan, San Fabian, Pangasinan, to wit;

Emergency Response Personnel:

3. JEREMIAS O. ORPILLA

This training will surely strengthen our emergency response team to manage disaster as first
responders and manage the adverse effects of emergencies and carry out recovery activities
in our locality.
