REF: REQUEST FOR PERMISSION TO SIT FOR THE END OF SEMESTER EXAMINATION

Dear Sir/Madam,

I kindly write to request for permission to sit for the forthcoming end of semester
examinations despite having an outstanding tuition balance of UGX 480,000. I paid UGX
900,000 remaining UGX 480,000, I was looking forward to clear that remaining balance but
unfortunately, my mom is struggling single handedly to clear the balance though it wasn't like
this in the past semesters. I lost my dad last year November, he was the one paying my tuition.
But i believe and trust that my remaining balance will be cleared by 28th of May, 2025. This
unforeseen situation has greatly strained our finances, making it difficult to complete my tuition
payment on time. I am committed to clearing the remaining balance as soon as possible once the
situation stabilizes. I therefore humbly appeal for your understanding and kindly request that I be
allowed to sit for my examinations.
