SUPPORTING AFFIDAVIT
WE.GRACE JEPTOO KIPRUTO and NOAH KIPRONOKOGO the administrators of the estate
of the late SAMWEL KIPRUTO KORIR who died intestate on 15th December, 2009 Do hereby
jointly make oath and state as follows:
THAT We are Female and Male adults of sound mind and hence compctent to swcar this
affidavit.
2 THATa grant of lctters of administration of the said cstate was made to us in this cause on 6h
May, 2024 as is cvident on record.
3, THAT in the premises I am now the legal administrator of the estate of the late SAMWEL
KIPRUTO KORIR.
4 THAT the deceased was survived by the following dependents. -
a. GRACE JEPTOO KIPRUTO - WIDOW
b. JULIA JEPKOECH KOSGEY - DAUGHTER(ADULT)
C. NOAH KIPRONOKOGO - SON (ADULT)
d. SIMON KIPYEGO - SON (ADULT)
c. MERCY JEROP KIPLAGAT - DAUGHTER (ADULT)
f. KELVIN KIPTUM - SON(ADULT)
g. SHEILA CHEBET -DAUGHTER (ADULT)
b. ISAACK KIPLAGAT - SON (ADULT)

5. WE are related to the deceased by reason of being of his Administrators.


6 THAT no application for provision of dependents is pending.
7. THAT the ldentification and shares of all persons beneficially entitled to the said estate have
been ascertained and determined as follows: -
