Hello everyone! Today, we are going to tell you about our trip to France.
We will talk about what we did, the places we visited, what we learned,
what we liked the most, and how to get to these places.
First Impressions
We arrived in France on a sunny morning. We had been flying for more
than ten hours, so we were tired but very excited. When we got to
Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris, we were happy to see a new country
and couldn’t wait to explore.
What We Did:
We did many things. We walked a lot in the city, tried French food like
croissants, baguettes, and crêpes, and took many photos. One day,
while we were drinking coffee in a small café, we spoke with a local
person who was very friendly.
Places We Visited:
We visited many beautiful places:
The Eiffel Tower: We went to the top and saw the city from above. At
night, the tower had beautiful lights, and it was amazing.
The Louvre Museum: We saw the famous Mona Lisa and many other
beautiful paintings.
Notre-Dame Cathedral: We looked at the wonderful windows and the big
towers.
Versailles Palace: We went there by train and walked in the beautiful
gardens and big rooms of the palace.
Fitness
Now, let’s talk about her workout routine. Bella has
trained with fitness coaches and works out 5 to 6 days
a week. She believes staying active is key. ♀️

On Mondays and Wednesdays, she might do boxing or
running — great for cardio and endurance.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are for strength training,
focusing on legs and core.
She has done pilates too, which helps her stay flexible.
Fridays are for mixed workouts — she may do yoga or
dance to stay motivated.
On weekends, she will either rest or take a light walk.
She believes recovery is just as important as training.
Some people who have tried her diet and exercise
plan have reported great results. They say they feel
healthier, more energized, and even more confident.
Like this young woman who followed Bella’s routine —
she got amazing results and now feels stronger and
more positive about her body and health.
That shows how powerful good habits can be — not
only for looking good, but for feeling good too.

What We Learned:
We learned a lot about French history and art. We learned that the
French love their culture and their food. In the museums, we saw many
famous paintings and sculptures.
What We Liked the Most:
We liked the Eiffel Tower at night the most. It was beautiful and so
special. We also loved the French food. It was very tasty!
What Kind of Place It Was:
France was beautiful and full of art and history. There were many nice
streets, small cafés, and wonderful places to visit.
Directions to the Places:
From the Louvre Museum to the Eiffel Tower, go along the main
road next to the river and go straight on. After 30 minutes, the Eiffel
Tower is in front of you.
From the Eiffel Tower to Notre-Dame, go through the centre of town and take metro
line 10. At the corner, stop at Cluny – La Sorbonne.
To go to Versailles, go past the Eiffel Tower to Champ de Mars – Tour Eiffel station.
Then take the train (RER C) and keep going until you reach Versailles Château – Rive
Gauche.
Conclusion:
Our trip to France was amazing! We learned a lot and had a lot of fun.
