DEED OF SALE WITH TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

_________________________, hereinafter referred to as the TRANSFEROR,

WITNESSETH;
WHEREAS, the Transferor has lawful right over the parcel of land including all existing buildings/improvements
thereon located at Block 5 Lot 9 Lemon St. Green Valley Compound, Manuyo 2, Las Piñas City;
WHEREAS, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS
(P1,2000,000.00), Philippine currency, paid by the Transferee, the Transferor is transferring all his rights and interest
over said parcel of land including all existing buildings/improvements thereon in favor of the Transferee;
WHEREAS, Transferee accept said transfer.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above whereases, the Transferor transfers and conveys unto the
said Transferee, all his rights and interest over the above mentioned parcel of land including all existing
buildings/improvements thereon.

DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:
