Subject : Asking for Technology Transfer and Technical Support.

Dear Toru Okuno,

We are glad to hear about your esteemed company from my friend Mr.Maher. We
lookforward a potential cooperation with you.
Neifar Construction Group ( NGC ) has 30 years of experience in building and real
estate investment. Our company is involved in a large variety of projects and
operations on both a national and Lybian scale. We are a leading developer of
hotels , hospitals, commercial centers… We have realized about 20 hotels in
Tunisia , 10 projects in Lybia among them two big hotels and a tour of 20 floors
and we are planning to develop tours and high buildings. Thus we want to seize
this opportunity to suggest a partnership between the two companies. From our
side, we apply for your :

1) Technical Support : we will need your intervention in the various stages of


project construction thus you will assist the implementation and supervision
of technological studies on one hand and the on-site administrative
procedures required for this implementation on the other hand. We require
also that your company help us with some notes to handle with Inssurance
plans and the QHSE file.
2) Technology Transfer: the recommendation of procedures adequate for the
type of the on-going construction projects.
3) Overall upgrade to our company that enable us to held an advanced rank
internationally.

Agreement : We suggest that the agreement between us about the technical


Support(1) and the technology transfer(2) will be through a General Convention
that will focus on the headlines of our partnership escorted by subconventions
according to the type of the project .We suggest too seperate convention for the
overall upgrade (3).

I believe it would be mutually beneficial for both of us.
