Butler Service Script

=From the hotel lobby landing, as soon as the guest alights from the hotel, the limousine service

Butler – Good Morning Sir/Mam, Welcome to Access Hotel, I am Rene your Butler

Guest – Good Morning too

Butler – Let me assist you with your luggage.

Guest – certainly

Butler - This way to the elevator (while pointing in the direction of the elevator. Lead the guest to the elevator and
carry the hand-held luggage)

=At the elevator landing area, press the call button and once the elevator opens, let the guest enter first before you
enter. =

Butler – tell the guest the exact floor of the room while pressing the floor selector

Butler – Sir/Mam your room is on the 2oth floor, room 2011

Butler - Sir/Mam let me brief you on the facilities of this hotel

Guest – it’s a pleasure

Butler – start discussing with the guest the facilities of the hotel starting with:

 We have a 24-hour coffee called Laplapan located in the main lobby


 Michellin Star Restaurant, Frenesee, located on the mezzanine floor, along with the Chinese, Japanese, and
Italian restaurants and is open for lunch and dinner
 The Beauty Parlor, Barber Shop, Spa, and Fitness Center can be found in the basement and are open from 9
am – 9 pm
 The swimming pool is located in the external area of the hotel and operates from 6 am – 6 pm
 Our Business Centre, also in the lobby operates from 9 am-5 pm
 We also have a 24-hour room service

Butler – we are now on the 20th floor, press the elevator button to open the door of the elevator. Once the doors
open, hold the door and invite the guest to come out first by saying “After you, Sir/Mam”.

After which proceed to the room by again saying “This way to your room”. Once at the front of the room,
demonstrate the room-entering procedure.

Butler – This is your keycard, you can open the room by tapping, swiping, and inserting it into the proximity reader, if
it emits a green light, the door will open, if red, you have to repeat the process.

After knocking thrice open the door slightly and enter the room to activate the electrical system before coming out
and allowing the guest to enter the room.

Butler – Sir/Mam you may now enter the room (while placing the luggage on the luggage rack)

Butler – (Invite the guest to a sit while offering the welcome drink) Sir/Mam have a seat and this is your welcome
drink

Guest - Oh, that is very refreshing

Butler - Sir/Mam, let me introduce to you the amenities of this room

Guest – At your convenience, it would be very important to know what those amenities are.

Butler – Sir/Mam here are your room amenities.

 Start with the bathroom, this is your bathroom with a separate bathroom and toilet, with hot and cold water
oozing from its faucets; press the red button for the hot water while the blue button for the cold one. It has a
bidet and is complete with toiletries
 This is your wardrobe where you can place your clothing and inside is the safety deposit box
 This is your flat-screen TV with local and cable channels. Local Channels are 2, 5, and 7 while international
ones like HBO (give the guest the remote control)
 This is your minibar refrigerator complete with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and sweet and
snacks. The price list is at the front door of the refrigerator
 This is your air conditioning unit; you may adjust it to the temperature level you desire while handing over the
remote control

Guest – thank you so much, it would be a great help

Butler – Sir/Mam we are also offering free pressing service of your clothes as well as shoeshine. Would you like to
avail of it?

Guest – later, I will call on you to do it after I have taken a rest


Butler – Sir/Mam, this is the key to the room. Feel free to call me if there is any service you would like to avail. Press
the Butler button and I will be of service. I hope you will have a pleasant stay in our hotel
