Job Summary
Under the supervision of Sales Manager leader coordinates for driving sales efforts in order to enhance the
business’s position in the market, to solidify the position of the business in the market and important in achieving
Company goals and objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities


 Responsible for services to existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by
planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers and other
trade factors.
 Create new accounts by reaching out to potential customers, attending trade shows and networking
with other professionals.
 Follow the strategies defined for product presentation. Evaluate and update sales methods for
optimal success.
 Review the sales achieved in comparison with achievement against targets, product wise sales &
growth over last year and month.
 Record and monitor sales activity, market information and competitor position in market and
inform Manager accordingly.
 Meet customer needs by promptly attending to problems, complaints or request by investigating
problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to Sales Manager.
 Keeps Sales Manager well informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily visit
report, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 Collect the expire stock from market as per intimation and documented.
 Timely inform to Sales Manager status of near to expiry stock in the market.
 Should be aware of all credit policy of the Company.
 Daily monitoring of return ratios and intimate to Sales Manager.
 Active participation in meeting and highlight their field problems, market complains, shortages,
encouragement of achievers.
 Daily forward the detail of order booking to the KPO Department timely.
 Responsible for the recovery of payment against dishonor cheques of customers.
 Co-ordination with field Manager / Sales Manager on the availability of stock and product wise
achievements.
 Co-ordination with the Deliverymen and driver regarding the supplies.

 Increase share of shelf and on shelf availability in terms of stock Over the Counter (OTC) /
consumer products.
 Awareness of competitor activities such as customer visit frequency, supply schedule and trade
offer(s) and inform to Manager accordingly.
 Responsible for effective new product launches in quantity, time frame of availability, stock
availability and sale base recovery.
 Responsible to keep all confidential matters secret and protect the interest of the Company.
 Other suitable duties assigned as required or in line with the position competencies.

 Needs physical efforts in performing the whole process within working hours.
 Completes the day work and ability to work in late night also if required.
 Works hard, efficient and able to work in odd situations also.
