Prepare, develop and implement marketing strategies for equipment sales (Boilers, Heat pumps, Water heater,
Calorifiers, Expansion tank, Air receivers, Air separators, Buffer tank and Pressure vessels) in order to increase
market share and sales plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, so that to maintain and develop
sales of equipment range to major accounts and local market, in accordance with agreed business plans. Duties &
Responsibilities included but not limited:
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and
profitability.
Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys in co-ordination with marketing department.
Prepares action plan for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Initiates and coordinates development of action plan to penetrate new markets.
Reviews customer documents to develop prepare cost estimation of the product and installation costs. Negotiates
terms of sales and services with customers, submits bid specifications to customer for review and approval. While

accessories sales update and forward to Manager sales garments for onward information to stores and
management.
Coordinate with Stores and distribution center to arrange required articles as per stores requirements.
Receive and Handle all inquiries, complaints and demands from stores regarding product or service
Identify product improvement and new products by remaining current on industry trends market activities and
competitors.
Responsible to provide timely supply of stock to stores against their daily sale and special requirements.
To handle also all the fashion accessories (Shoes, Bags, Necklaces etc.) of lady’s category in 15 branches.
Responsible to maintain stock levels of all product categories being offered on Chen One Stores for the specific
period, event or season sales.
Follow up with Purchase, merchandising and import regarding repeat orders, balance articles, missing categories,
and new shipments.
