Dear Madam,
I would like to bring to your kind attention that we have Booked a 3BHK flat to your
prestigious Project " Nimbus Palm Village Sec 2 Yamuna Expressway ."
Nimbus Group, the wave of trust. the Group’s self-sustainable The Nimbus Group has huge
brand image and identity. Always loyal and royal to customer for every point and We were
quite sure whether to buy residential property with you always provide satisfaction. Nimbus
Company has been a pioneer in creating world-class projects, enhancing quality of life and
effecting considerable savings in the daily cost of living.

I am writing to you with a very heavy heart regarding the cancellation of my booking for
Unit A5-301 in the Nimbus Palm Village project at Yamuna Expressway and the
forfeiture of the amount I had paid.

This decision has come as a deep shock to me and has created a severe emotional and
financial burden. The amount forfeited is more than my annual salary, and losing this hard-
earned money has pushed me into a very difficult phase of life. I had invested in this home
with hope, aspiration, and the dream of securing a better future for myself and my family.
Every rupee I paid was saved with years of effort, and seeing it vanish is nothing short of
heart-breaking.

I am already going through a very tough personal phase, and this added loss is taking a
serious toll on my mental and emotional well-being. I kindly and humbly request you to
reconsider the decision to cancel my booking and forfeit the amount. I am more than willing
to work out a feasible solution or payment schedule to bring things back on track.

All I ask for is one chance — a little empathy and understanding during this difficult time.
Please help me preserve my dream and avoid a financial disaster that could take me years to
recover from.

I am hoping, with folded hands, that you will show compassion and reconsider this decision. I
would be deeply grateful if we could discuss this further and explore any possibility to
resolve the issue amicably.
