Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter dated 29/04/2025 serves as formal notification of my intention to terminate the agreement dated January 28, 2023, for the
operation of the restaurant known as MRC Food Hub and after Dwapar family restaurant .This termination is in accordance with
Clause No. 13 of the aforementioned agreement, which stipulates that the tenant may terminate the agreement with 60 days' prior
written notice.
Therefore, I, Shivam Sharma, am providing this written notice of termination, effective 60 days from the date of this letter.
It has been a valuable experience conducting business at this location, and I appreciate the opportunities and insights I have gained
during this time.
Before vacating the premises, I will ensure that all outstanding dues, including any pending payments for rent or electricity, I am
committed to leaving the premises in the same condition as it was received, A detailed inventory check will be conducted to ensure
that all items are accounted for and match the original inventory provided at the commencement of the agreement.
In accordance with the agreement, I respectfully request the full release and return of the security deposit, amounting to Fifteen Lakhs
Rupees (Rs. 15,00,000), upon the expiration of this 60-day notice period .
