                          Check-up diaphragm for possible damage, pneumatic hose and header tank for
CLINKER SILO 4 BAGHOUSE   leaks : replace if necessary.
                          Switch-off air supply going to header tanks and open all air drain vavle
                          Check roof door seals are in place and a good seal is being achieved.
                          Check-up distributing pipes are in position and secure.

    COMPARTMENT           Check-up bagfilter condition from each compartment : replace if necessary.

                          Check-up geared motor, oil level. Refill if necessary.
 BAGHOUSE ROTARY AIR      Regrease DE & NDE bearings.
        LOCK              Check-up condition of motor to sprocket transmission chain and lubricate.

                          Check-up rotor blade condition (wear or deformation).
                          Check-up and clean impeller.
                          Check-up filter fan casing for cracks or leaks and loosen bolt.
 BAGHOUSE FILTER FAN      Check-up base bolt of drive end and free end pillow block bearing.

                          Check-up and service filter fan motor.
                          Check-up conditions of impeller.
