5. The fabricshallbe uniformlywovenand the selvedges
shallbe firm and straight.

Thefabricshallbe wellsinged. clothshallbe uniformlyandfullywashed,scouredand
bleached1toachieverequireddegreeof whitenessand shall matchwith the standard
patternin this respect.

6' The specifications presr;ribe the requirement of Cloth, Gaberdine, polyester


Viscose, White fabric produced from evenly spun two fold PV yarns and multifilament
Polyesteryarns. The weave sharllbe 2t2 Twill. The Manufactureof yarn and fabric would
be as follorus:-

(a) Yarns: Two fold splunyarns for:both warp and weft will be producedfrom 1.4
denier 40 mm PolyesterandViscose(PV)fibres.The PV Spun yarns should
have
morr: than 50% viscose and should be evenly spun with very low levels of
imperfectionsand hairines;s.
The alternatethreads in both warp and weft should be
of 100% Polyesterof 315 denier/6gfilamentyarn

(b) Fabric: Fabric shoufd be manufactured on rapier/sulzer loom.


Alternativewarp and wefl:threads in the fabric shall be spun and filament yarns.
Blend compositionof the fabric should containminimum 27% and maximum
33%
viscose after finishing.However,not withstandingthese manufacturing
details,the
feel iandfinishof the fabric;has to be as per sealedsamplewith AHSp
and decision
of buryerin this regardwill be final.

7. The cloth shall be ,Heat Set, and fully shrunk. It shall be free
from pilling
tendency.Tlre
lengthof each pieceshall be 40 + 2m or 30+ 2m or 20+2m or as agreed
to
betweensupplier& purchaser.
