Clamping Unit:

The diagonal pulling arm type fixed clamping unit and crossed reinforcement ribs insure the clamping bearing in balance for each platen. Platen movement is
guided with linear rails and synchronization mechanism.

The electrical control system includes :


HITECH colorful touch screen,
MISTUBISHI PLC,
SCHNEIDER/LG/RIKO/MEANWELL/OMRON low voltage electrical components,
DELTA inverters
MOOG 100 points parison controlling system.
We fix the earth wire connecting, open front door stop, emergency stop button, light curtains and power line insulation barrier to insure the operator’s personal safety.

All electric cabinet is equiped with its separate cooling Fan for safety and long time running.

Hydraulic system:

We adopt YUKEN pump & valves as our standard configuration of hydraulic system, driven by servo motor.
1. Servo motor saves 35% energy consumption
2. Servo motor, low noise (Typical motor always makes noises)
3. Servo motor no need always running,so the oil temperature is not high, this will protect the oil sealings, and make the
O-sealings and hydralic components using for longer time.

4. Servo motor, machine works more smooth and more precision and high efficient.
5. As servo motor saves lots of power and oil temperature not high, you do not have to buy that big capacity chiller, which also saves costs.

How to Load & Delivery

Blow molding machines are packed with wooden pallets, covered with plastic film; auxiliary machines and spare parts are packed with wooden boxes. The loading to containers is
done according to weight balance, every package's position is fixed in containers to avoid moving. The photos of whole delivery will be sent to you for reference.

After sales services

1 extrusion system:
A. screw: specially designed based on material’s trait, High quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA , with nitriding surface HV≥800
brittleness≤2;
B. barrel: High quality nitriding steel 38CrMoAlA,with nitriding surface HV≥900,brittleness≤2;
C. drive mode: inverter + hard gear surface decelerator;
D. temperature controlling: automatic temperature control model;
Mode of cooling: adopt water cooler for the processing zone, fan cooler for the rest zones.
2 Die head system
A Accumulator die head, single cylinder, central injection, vertical fist in first out design, accumulator channel slick; slip parts like
injection piston and cylinder made with different material and technics, work balanced and reliable.
3. The melting plastic out of the extrusion system is divided through the core parts of die head, distributed by the die head channel to
become two peach shaped sections.
4. temperature controlling: temperature controlling model;
A. Clamping system
fixed clamping system, double diagonal tie bar single cylinder central clamping, wider space for the mould, install and dismantle the
mould easily, linear roll guide rail.

8. hydraulic system
A. adopted proportional pressure controlling, with hydraulic valve of Taiwan Haitack and pump of U.S SUNNY, alanced and accurate action,
prolonged useful life, sensitive response.
B. Hydraulic service system adopt position and speed double close loop design, fixed Japan MOOG 100 point parison controller or Italy
Atos.
9. electric controlling system
A. Adopt Mitsubishi PLC to control the action program of the whole machine; adopt Hitech touch screen for communication, parameter
setting, modification and picture display; every parameter could be set and modified directly with the complete obstacle self-diagnosing
function, menu operated directly and conveniently.
B Extrusion motor with the inverter controlling and alloy hard gear surface decelerator driving, saving power, lower noise, balanced and
stable screw rotation.
C Adopt Japan MOOG 100 point parison controller system, featured uniformity and stabilization.
E. D controller system with functions as below:
i. action of machine controlled real time.
ii. 100 point parison axial thickness controlling;
iii. modifying the speed of extrusion motor balanced and stably.
iv. alert when the action not enough.
v. more functions to choose, satisfy different request for different product.

INSTALLATION AND TEST
The buyer should place the machine to the right position and inform the supplier after the machine reach the buyer’s factory. The seller will
send engineer to test run the machine until it is running in normal state. The buyer will bear his round-trip air tickets, accommodation, and
hotel and so on in BUYER’S side. Besides,the buyer will pay 100USD/day/person for technology fee.
