INTER-BRGY 15 UNDER CATEGORY

I. TEAM COMPOSITION
1. Team shall be composed of not less than 15 but not more than 20 players. Only 15 players will be allowed to
play during their scheduled game.
2. Teams signifying their willingness to participate must submit their line up or roster of players on or before
July 1, 2024.
3. No player shall play for more than one (1) team during the tournament.

II. ELIGIBILITY
1. All players must be a resident of the Barangay he represents.
2. All players shall not be more than 15 years on the opening day of the summer league.
2. Participating players in the open inter-brgy category shall not be allowed to play in 15 under category or vice
versa.
III. UNIFORMS
1. Basketball Uniform is not mandatory.
IV. TEAM DISCIPLINE AND CONDUCT OF PLAYERS
1. A team must be present at the playing court during the scheduled game. The team shall be given a period
of 10 minutes from the time of final announcement to arrive at the venue. The failure of the team to show up
after the 10 minute period will cause automatic default or forfeiture.
2. Any act of violence or unsportsmanlike conduct by a player or coach will be subject to a penalty of
suspension or disqualification during the game depending upon the gravity of the violation.
3. Players who are under the influence of liquor or any prohibited substance are not allowed to play.
4. Only the team captain or the designated coach can communicate with the table officials regarding
technicalities of the game in a courteous and calm manner.
5. A player shall be disqualified during the game if He commits two (2) technical foul or unsportsmanlike
foul or a combination of both.
6. In case of fights, every player involved shall be automatically out during the game. The technical
committee reserve the right to review and penalize the players involved.

V. GAME STOPPAGE due to unavoidable circumstances


1. In case of game stoppage due to unavoidable circumstances, the game shall be reset or reschedule.
VI. PROTEST
1. All protest concerning the eligibility of the players shall be made in writing. A protest relating to the
eligibility of players shall be accepted by the committee or officiating team from the time of posting of the
roster until the midnight of July 8, 2024.
2. The protest shall be decided by the technical committee.
3. No protest relating to the eligibility of players shall be accepted during the game.
4. All in game protest must be done by the team captain or coach observing courteous and calm manner to
the table officials. The table officials will decide with finality. However, the captain or coach may file an appeal
and will be reviewed by technical committee within the same day.
