Check that dispenser operators are ensuring metal plate fitted on the
vehicle before refilling to ensure CNG cylinder is hydro-tested, which

is required to be tested in every 5 years at CCOE approved testing
facility
Are the dispenser operators ensuring no audible leakage from the

CNG system before / during / after the refueling of the gas.

Whether Dispenser Operators areaware of the actions to be taken in


9 case of any gas leakage (like Isolate / Turn off the Gas supply and
instructing drivers to get the vehicle checked from CNG retrofitters.)

10 Are the vehicles following proper entry-exit path.


11 Whether the Fillermen are wearing shoes / Uniform

6 DCP per storage cascade within compressor area, 1 no 10kg DCP per
dispensers, 1 no 5 kg CO2 extinguisher each for electrical room and
compressor area)
Check whether all the instruments are calibrated and tied with the

calibration tag. (Pressure Gauges, SRV’s, Transmitters, etc)
8 Check there is no gas /oil /coolant leakage inside compressor
9 Check that ESD's are in operational condition.
Check whether Gas Detector and Flame detector are functioning

properly.
Check whether compressor operator is aware of the actions to be taken

in case of any emergency situation.

Check whether all the signage's are displayed at compressor area. (e.g.

Emergency Numbers, Use of PPE, No smoking, No Naked Flame)
13 Check if the Operators are wearing uniform and PPE
14 Is the Cascade are Hydro-tested after every 5 years?
15 Check that compressor area is properly fenced with restricted entry.
Check whether Task Risk Assessment has been completed before

carrying-out any engineering activity in compressor premises.
17 Check the condition of earthing strip of the compressor.
Check whether before starting any engineering work, in compressor
18 premises permit to work (PTW) and/or an Electrical Isolation Certificates
are issued.
Check whether lock-out and tag out process is followed/implemented

before carrying-out any maintenance activity.
20 Is the Compressor area maintained neat and clean
Check whether the permit to work if required is issued by competent

authority at the work site.
Check the condition of Electric Room (Rubber Mat, Houskeeping CO2
