MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS.

The Barangay San Roque, represented herein by HON.REYNALDO V. PAULINO, Punong


Barangay with office address at Barangay Antipolo, Bongabon, Nueva Ecija, hereinafter referred
as Barangay, and

BADONG JUNK SHOP herein represented by MR. ZANDRO T. LADRINO,


owner/proprietor with business address at Barangay Sinipit, Bongabon, Nueva Ecija, hereinafter
referred to as Junk Shop.

WITHNESSETH THAT:

WHEREAS, the Barangay Antipolo, Bongabon Nueva Ecija recognizes that there is a need
for recyclables of the collated trash of the barangay be disposed in such a manner that the
same may be converted to money.

WHEREAS, Junk Shop is able and willing to purchase the recyclables that may be
collated from the trash collected by the Barangay.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and by ay


confirming their commitments, the parties hereby agree as follows.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

The Barangay Antipolo, Bongabon Nueva Ecija shall:


1. Ensure the delivery of the recyclables collected by the Barangay from the garbage to
the Junk Shop.

The Badong Junk Shop shall:


1. Ensure the prompt payment of the recyclables delivered by the LGU
2. Give the higher considerable for the goods
3. Ensure compliance with the pertinent rules and regulations on the disposition of
the waste of recyclables if any

EFFECTIVITY
This Memorandum of Agreement shall take effect upon signing by the parties to the
agreement.

INWITNESS WHEREOF, the parties affixed their signatures on the date and place
herein below.

This agreement made and signed this 15 th day of March ,2025 at Barangay Antipolo,
Bongabon, Nueva Ecija.
