Subject: Request to add “Mbio2022” course and to Take Exit Exam in 2017 E.C

I am writing to request permission to take the Pharmacy Exit Exam this year (2017) and to be enrolled in
“microbiology, immunology and parasitology” course to fulfill the eligibility criteria.

I have been preparing extensively for the exit exam and have also been following “Mbio2022” course by
permission of department. It has been very hard to me to learn that I may not be allowed to take the
exit exam when only a few days remain before the scheduled date of exam. Additionally, I would like to
highlight that my classmates will be taking exit exam before completing the semester, which makes
difference from other department.

At present, I am fully prepared to take the exit exam. Delaying it for me further would create
unnecessary challenges for me, including study conditions and place. As you know, after completing the
semester, the university requires students to leave the campus. This makes it extremely difficult for me
to secure a suitable environment to prepare for future exit exams. Therefore, I kindly request your
approval to:

1. Add the course of “Mbio2022” to my registration to meet the necessary requirements.


2. Allow me to sit for the 2025 Pharmacy Exit Exam.

I assure you of my commitment to performing well in both the course and the exit exam. In general, I
respectfully ask you and the committee to "re-evaluate/reconsider my case" and grant me approval to
sit for the exam.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your positive response. Please let me know
if any additional steps are required from my side.
