1. Engine service
2. Hydraulic oil leakage from {pump}
3. Fuel tank cleaning
4. Brake not operational
5. Calibration of lifting system
6. Hyd oil Leakage from hoist drum
7. Hyd oil leakage from outrigger (vertical cyl )
8. Leakage from bottom plate
9. Black smoke from nozzle

INSPECTION
During inspection found faults below required repairs
1 Brakes need to be repair (low pressure warning active)
2 Movement problem (drive/transmission system needs to be repair)
3 Heavy smoke required service/calibration (for fuel system)
4 Engine oil leakage need to be repair
5 Hyd oil leakage from pump, rotary joint, hoist drum, outrigger and hosses need to be repair
6 Slow operation telescoping, hoisting, lifting and outriggers, calibration for hyd system
7 Outrigger beam not on position need to be set
8 Engine over heating need to repair cooling system
9 LMI system not operational need to be repair
10 Warnings system need to be repair
11 Electrical system need to be repair
12 Engine and transmission mounting need to be replace
13 Telescope hyd hose reel need to be repair
14 Hyd tank and fuel tank need to be clean
