510/8 Gandhi Nagar Thanesar Kurukshetra Haryana do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:-

1.That we are permanent residents of above said addresses and we are citizen of India.

2. That got married on 12/05/2025 accoding to Hindu Marriage Rites.

3. That our date of birth is 05/07/2000. (Husband ) and 15/09/2000. (wife).

4.That our age 24 years(Husband ) and 24 years (Wife) at the time of marriage.

5. That we are residing as husband and wife at H.No. Rollon sarsehri (64) Ambala Haryana after our marriage.

6. That it is our first marriage and there is no any case is pending in any court of law in India in this regard.

7.That we have never knowledge about the registration of the marriage and we are going to get the same registred.
