We will impart holistic training to trainers to enable them to deliver

high quality training. The training will be Industry aligned and
MISSION focused on Domain, Pedagogy and Soft Skills with an emphasis on
safety, quality and productivity.

THE PROGRAMME
Effective training delivery skills is a critical competency for a trainer. Training of Trainers is not just important—it's essential
to build a strong, future-ready workforce. At L&T Skill Trainers Academy, we are committed to empowering trainers with
the skills they need to elevate their teaching, creating a robust and sustainable skill development ecosystem.

CURRICULUM
The Curriculum for Training of Trainers is designed to foster the holistic development of trainers. The programme
incorporates Domain Skills for updating technical skills relevant to the Industry, Pedagogy for effective teaching
strategies, and Soft Skills for better communication and leadership. As part of Life Skills, the programme includes Yoga
sessions aimed at the rejuvenation of mind and body, helping trainers enhance focus, manage stress and maintain well-
being. The curriculum emphasizes activity-based learning with a focus on hands-on practice and exposure to industry
practices, helping trainers to make their trainees job-ready. The programme includes a daily Formative Assessment and a
Summative Assessment at the end of the training.

DURATION
15 - Days residential training programme customized as per customer’s needs.

CERTIFICATION
A certificate of participation is awarded jointly by L&T Skill Trainers Academy
and the respective sponsoring organization.

 PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS
Ÿ All programmes are conducted by Sector Skill Council certified Master Trainers with rich industry experience.
Ÿ The training is conducted in well-equipped classrooms which are designed for interactive and experiential
learning. Hands-on practice is given in state-of-the-art laboratories and workshops.
Ÿ The curriculum focuses on the best practices in 'How to train Trainers', with emphasis on Lesson Planning and
Adult Learning. Adequate practice to enhance training delivery skills is given to the participants through
teach-back sessions
Ÿ Equip the participants with the essential digital tools for the 21st-century trainers, enhancing the efficiency and
effectiveness of their training delivery.
Ÿ Exposure on new pedagogy using Virtual Reality(VR) tools
Ÿ Subject Matter Experts from L&T and other reputed organizations add value to the programme.
Ÿ All the programmes are residential and offer opportunities for learning life skills and soft skills for the holistic
development of trainers.
Ÿ Activities like yoga, team-building and sports make the training holistic, inspiring and impactful.

Ÿ Diploma Engineering Colleges
Ÿ Short Term Training Programmes (under MSDE/NSDC)
We also have specially curated programmes for Principals and Management Personnel from Skilling Institutes.

The facility's well-equipped classrooms are designed for interactive experiential learning. It has state-of-the-art
laboratories and workshops.

The programme is residential with a well-designed hostel with all amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. A combination

THE LOCATION
L&T Skill Trainers Academy has been set up on the idyllic island of Madh, near the seaside suburb of Versova in
Mumbai. The location has the advantage of being close to the bustling metropolis, yet in serene, sylvan
surroundings, just by the sea.
