I, the above named deponent do hereby solemnly affirm and

declare as under:-

1. That the accompanying writ petition is being filed by the

deponent and other petitioner in this Hon’ble court which is

likely to succeed on the grounds mentioned therein, same may

kindly be read as part of this affidavit.

2. That the deponent is well conversant with the facts and

circumstances of this case. The deponent states that the

averments made in the writ petition from Paras 1 to ______

and _____ to _____ are true and correct to my

knowledge and legal submissions are made in Para No. ____ on


the advice of the counsel and is true and correct on the basis

of information received and believed to be true.

3. That the petitioner has not filed such and similar writ petition
