Subject:Progress report on NSFAS recipients name list
1:BACKGROUND
In reply of your request of 10 June 2025 regarding
students whose name do not appear on NSFAS list of
recipients
-It will be fixed on Monday 20th of June 2025 from
08H00 till 13H00 at the college hall
-Staff and these specific students invited
2:PURPOSE
This is to verify your registration and acceptance by
NSFAS to see if you have been approved by NSFAS.And
also verify your personal information in case the delay
was caused by wrong information.
3:TASKS COMPLETED
Verification of students: Kayla Mhlongo spoke to Mr
Anthony Jack the representative of NSFAS on 09 June
2025.He accepted to attend the issue regarding these
students and will attend them the whole day of the 20th
of June 2025.
Assisting the staff:Amber Rose and Lynn Brown made
sure to involve NSFAS representatives in order for the
process to go successfully and easily.
Catering:Charlotte Peterson and John Ambrose were in
charge of the stalls that sell food as the students spent
more than 3 hours at school.Food was sold for R35.00

4:TASKS CURRENTLY BEING ATTENDED TO
System:Lara Jean is the one who operated the system
to look for some students that are available there but
not on the list provided.She looked for these students
that desperately needed the funding and attended
them first
Listing:Peter John did the listing for the funding and for
the students that need funding but did not find time to
apply
5:TASKS STILL TO BE COMPLETED
Update list:Nara Smith updated the list after all
students are verified and looked to see if they are
provisionally funded.
6:CONCLUSION
The process ran smoothly.I am sure it will be a success
and all the students will be helped and happy with the
results.
