MANAGE THE CHURCH

It is essential that servers and ministers know how to


develop within a congregation, based strictly on
the word of God, in the letters known as 'Pastoral', the
which I detail below based on 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, and Titus.

1. ADVICE ON PASTORAL ADMINISTRATION.


1. Maintain faith and good conscience. 1 Tim.
2. Be a good minister. 1 Tim. 4:6
3. Do not be hypocritical. 2 Tim. 1:5

2. NEGATIVE ASPECTS TO AVOID IN MINISTRY.


1. Avoid listening to and following false doctrines. 1 Tim. 4:1-4
2. Avoid false doctrine. 1 Tim. 4:7
3. Take care of ourselves and of what we teach. 1 Tim. 4:16
4. Do not participate in other people's matters. 1 Tim. 5:22
5. Avoid greed. 1 Tim. 6:8-9
6. Flee from greed. 1 Tim. 6:11
7. Avoid conversations that are not related to your area and do not deviate from God. 1 Tim. 6:20
8. Flee from passions. 2 Tim. 2:22
9. avoid confrontations. Titus 3:9

3. DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PASTOR.

Constant prayer. 1 Tim. 2:1-3


2. Test those who hold office in the church. 1 Tim. 3:10
3. Constant reading of the word of God, exhorting and teaching. 1 Tim. 4:16
4. Do not neglect the ministry. 1 Tim. 4:14

7. To remain or keep oneself pure. 1 Tim. 5:22
8. Do not be ashamed to testify about Christ. 2 Tim. 1:8
9. Retain the sound words 2 Tim. 1:13

11. Preach and exhort in due season. 2 Tim. 4:2
