TITLE I
NAME
CHAPTER I

THE DENOMINATION

ARTICLE 1: THE LEAGUE OF ________________________________________________

the same in accordance with the provisions issued by the Board of Directors of 'THE LEAGUE'.
8.- Promote with the greatest interest the activities of minors established by the
Federation, Association and the Affiliated Clubs.
9.- Comply with and enforce the Sports Law, its regulations, and other legal norms that
they govern the subject.

CHAPTER III
OF THE ADDRESS

"THE LEAGUE" will have its legal domicile in the city of _________________
and may reside where their authorities determine within the jurisdiction of
Guárico state.

CHAPTER I

a.- The General Assembly

 CHAPTER III
OF THE ATTRIBUTIONS AND DUTIES OF THE MEMBERS

ARTICLE 18: ATTRIBUTIONS AND DUTIES OF THE PRESENT:

a.- Exercise the representation of 'THE LEAGUE' in all acts in which it intervenes, being able to
grant or revoke power to lawyer(s) to act, with prior authorization from the Board

b.- Preside the assemblies and meetings of the Board of Directors.
c.- Co-sign the checks, payment orders, or other documents with the Treasurer

ARTICLE 19: POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE SECRETARY GENERAL:

a.- Attend the Assemblies of "THE LEAGUE" and the sessions of the Board of Directors.
b.- Jointly draft with the President the Annual Report of the Board of Directors
"LA LIGA", as well as fulfilling the obligations specified in literals G and H of
Article 18 of these Statutes.
c.- To keep the minutes of the meetings in the sessions of the Assemblies.
d.- Keep the minutes book of the Board of Directors of "THE LEAGUE" up to date.
e.- To have in charge and custody the minutes book of the Board of Directors of 'THE LEAGUE'.
f.- To be responsible for and safeguard the correspondence, library, and files of 'THE LEAGUE'.
g.- To convene meetings of the Board of Directors at the request of the President or upon request
of at least three (03) of its members.
h.- The other powers provided for in these statutes and regulations.

ARTICLE 20: POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE TREASURER:

a.- Attend the assemblies of 'THE LEAGUE' and the sessions of the Board of Directors.
b.- Jointly sign with the President the checks, payment orders, and others
documents inherent to the position.
c.- Control the funds, income, and expenses of 'THE LEAGUE'.
d.- Make the established payments, prior authorization from the President, and must account for them.

ARTICLE 21: POWERS OF THE VOTERS:

CHAPTER IV
FROM THE PROVISIONAL AUTHORITY

ARTICLE 22: An extraordinary General Assembly convened for this purpose, with ten (10)
continuous days of anticipation and in accordance with these statutes, the Authority will designate

1.- If "THE LEAGUE" were to find itself in a case of absolute vacancy or a major vacancy of

ARTICLE 27: The electoral commission will have the following powers:

9.- Verify the affiliation and solvency of the members of the Assembly.

TITLE III
OF THE HONOR COUNCIL AND THE DISCIPLINARY REGIME

CHAPTER I
OF THE COUNCIL OF HONOR

ARTICLE 28: The Honor Council of 'THE LEAGUE' is the competent body to
recognize and decide on violations of the provisions of the Sports Law, its
regulations of 'THE LEAGUE' and in particular of the fouls committed by its affiliates.

ARTICLE 32: The Honor Council has the obligation to inform its decisions to the

ARTICLE II
OF THE DISCIPLINARY REGIME

ARTICLE 33: Sports offenses are, in addition to others defined in this statute,
regulations and resolutions of 'THE LEAGUE'.
a.- The violations of the Sports Law and its Regulations.
b.- The failure to comply with the duties established by the statutes, regulations, and resolutions
from 'THE LEAGUE'.
Any act that harms sports discipline and solidarity.
d.- Behavior that violates decorum or the normal development of the
sports activities.
e.- Irregular participation in another association, league, or club.
f.- Aggression by any means against a teammate or opposing team members, or to
a spectator or executive of the club, association league federation or any other authority
of national or international sport.
g.- To make use of exclamations, attitudes, or rude and obscene gestures against
participants or the audience.
h.- To somehow provoke the suspension of a competition, abandon it or incite to
companions to abandon her.
i.- Insulting verbally or in writing about national or international discipline or sport.
j.- Consuming alcoholic beverages or smoking during the course of a competition in which
is participating.
k.- Systematically disobey the provisions of the leaders of organizations
competent and delegated teams of which he/she is a part.

or provide false data in the official documents or forms of the entities.
m.- To try to affiliate with an Association League or Club while being registered with another, without requesting
the respective transfer.

ARTICLE 34: Sports offenses will be sanctioned according to their seriousness with the
measures of reprimand (private or public) suspension. For the application of these

sanctioned for life or for an indefinite period.

ARTICLE 35: When the sanction is suspension, it shall be imposed as follows:

From one (01) to two (02) years for the violation of the Sports Law and its Regulations.

ARTICLE 36: When a manager or member of 'THE LEAGUE' is sanctioned, they will remain
automatically suspended from his position.

TITLE IV
CHAPTER I
FROM THE RECONCILIATION

ARTICLE 37: The conflicts that arise within 'THE LEAGUE' in which

or for disciplinary reasons, they may be subjected to the conciliation procedure.

FROM AFFILIATION TO ASSOCIATION
CHAPTER I
OF THE REQUIREMENTS

ARTICLE 40: To request membership in the Association and the respective federation.

ARTICLE 41: Membership is lost by:

a.- Dissolution of 'THE LEAGUE'.
b.- Provision of the assembly of the Association as a consequence of the violation of this
statute, its Regulations or disobedience of the same assembly and of the Board of Directors.

ARTICLE 42: "THE LEAGUE" maintains its autonomy in internal order, leadership and
administrative, keeping at all times with the spirit, purpose, and reason of this
statute, as well as the one referring to the Federation and Association.

"THE LEAGUE" must establish its headquarters in the location that offers
greater facilities for their normal development.

ARTICLE 44: "THE LEAGUE" is obliged to:

a.- Join the respective Association and Federation.
b.- Present a summary of your activities for the year in the month of January each year.

 TITLE VI
OF THE HERITAGE
CHAPTER I
ON REGISTRATION RIGHTS, FEES AND CONTRIBUTIONS

ARTICLE 45: The assets of 'THE LEAGUE' will be constituted by:

1.- The movable or immovable property and other assets of 'THE LEAGUE'.
2.- the fees and other contributions of its members, established annually by the
Board of Directors.
3.- The contributions made by the state through its agencies, according to the Sports Law and
the Regulation No of the same Law.
4.- The income derived from the management of your properties and from those acts

5.- The donations and subsidies received from natural or legal persons of entities
public or private.

TITLE VII
FROM THE DISSOLUTION
CHAPTER I
ON DURATION AND ITS LIQUIDATION

ARTICLE 46: The duration of 'THE LEAGUE' is indefinite. The General Assembly may not
agree to its dissolution as long as there are at least eight (08) members willing to
keep it.

ARTICLE 47: The dissolution of "THE LEAGUE" results from a general Assembly.
Extraordinary, its liquidation will be carried out according to the guidelines dictated by the

TITLE VIII
CHAPTER I
TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS

ARTICLE 48: This Statute may only be amended or modified with the formality
