                                                   TITLE I
                            NAME

THE DENOMINATION
UNIQUE: 'THE LEAGUE' will remain free from any political, radical, or religious interference and in
general to any issue that is not related to sports, except for activities of a type

ARTICLE 27: The electoral commission will have the following powers:

                              TITLE III
           OF THE HONOR COUNCIL AND THE DISCIPLINARY REGIME
                                         CHAPTER I

ARTICLE 28: The Honor Council of 'THE LEAGUE' is the competent body to
recognize and decide on violations of the provisions of the Sports Law, its

                                        ARTICLE II
                                OF THE DISCIPLINARY REGIME
ARTICLE 33: Sports offenses are, in addition to others defined in this statute,
regulations and resolutions of 'THE LEAGUE'.
a.- The violations of the Sports Law and its Regulations.
b.- The failure to comply with the duties established by the statutes, regulations, and resolutions

g.- To make use of exclamations, attitudes, or rude and obscene gestures against
participants or the audience.
h.- To somehow provoke the suspension of a competition, abandon it or incite to
companions to abandon her.
i.- Insulting verbally or in writing about national or international discipline or sport.
j.- Consuming alcoholic beverages or smoking during the course of a competition in which
is participating.
k.- Systematically disobey the provisions of the leaders of organizations
competent and delegated teams of which he/she is a part.

ARTICLE 34: Sports offenses will be sanctioned according to their seriousness with the
measures of reprimand (private or public) suspension. For the application of these

ARTICLE 36: When a manager or member of 'THE LEAGUE' is sanctioned, they will remain

                                       TITLE IV
                                       CHAPTER I
                                FROM THE RECONCILIATION
ARTICLE 37: The conflicts that arise within 'THE LEAGUE' in which

                                       TITLE V
                           FROM AFFILIATION TO ASSOCIATION
                                      CHAPTER I
                                  OF THE REQUIREMENTS

ARTICLE 42: "THE LEAGUE" maintains its autonomy in internal order, leadership and
administrative, keeping at all times with the spirit, purpose, and reason of this
statute, as well as the one referring to the Federation and Association.
"THE LEAGUE" must establish its headquarters in the location that offers
greater facilities for their normal development.
                                                 TITLE VII
                                          FROM THE DISSOLUTION
                                      CHAPTER I
                            ON DURATION AND ITS LIQUIDATION
ARTICLE 46: The duration of 'THE LEAGUE' is indefinite. The General Assembly may not
agree to its dissolution as long as there are at least eight (08) members willing to
keep it.
ARTICLE 47: The dissolution of "THE LEAGUE" results from a general Assembly.
Extraordinary, its liquidation will be carried out according to the guidelines dictated by the
Assembly that decided on the liquidation, having to deliver its assets to an entity

                                    TITLE VIII
                                    CHAPTER I
                        TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS
ARTICLE 48: This Statute may only be amended or modified with the formality

3.- When requested by at least one third (1/3) of the affiliated members before the
Board of Directors of 'THE LEAGUE' sixty (60) days in advance of the assembly that is
summon for that purpose.
ARTICLE 49: The following Statute will govern from the approval by the assembly, without
