The audiovisual work is directed by Tom Shadyac who is the producer, screenwriter, director and
comedic, together with the producer 'Universal Studios' gave rise to the film 'Patch Adams', which
was released in the year 1998 in the United States; with the development of this, it was sought
highlight the life of an American doctor, social activist, and writer who is known
with the name of Hunter Adams, he was the one who founded the 'Gesunheit Institute' in 1971.
The role of Patch Adams was played by Robin Williams, who at the beginning of the speech
