Dear Sir,

Name of work : Track Linking work for railway siding at Kamardanga POL Depot at Assam for M/s
HPCL with Take Off at mid section between Basugaon & Dangtal Railway station under
Rangia Divn. of N. F. Railway. Reg: Handing over of balance BLT site for concreting work.

Ref: 1. PO No. 5200090992, dated, 08.04.2025,

Partial site of BLT track has been handed over to us for a length of 377mtr from starting chainage of
BLT.

In this stretch PCC & RCC completed for a length of 325 and ch 0/325 to Ch o/377 ( handed over )
PCC completed and RCC work is in progress, which will be completed within two days time.
Remanning portion of BLT site, blanketing and two nos culvert yet to be done by your other agency.

Hence, you are requested, kindly look into the matter and arrange to hand over the balance site so
that our machinery and man power is engaged for concreting work, otherwise they will be sitting
idle, which will not only cause delay in completion of work also attract additional cost burden on us.

At the same time we request, kindly arrange to provide us the revised BOQ quantity for supply of all
the P. Way materials item, which is repeatedly requested to your good offices.

Your early action in this regard will be highly solicited.
