Subject: Request to Change Headquarters from BEHI to HPHI

Regarding the above-mentioned subject, I was recently promoted from Asst/M/Sig, HPHI to
ESM/III and subsequently transferred to BEHI as per office order No. S&T/29/2025 dated
30.06.2025.

The main reason to correspond this letter to your good self is to arrange to change my
headquarters from BHEI to HPHI due to the following genuine reason. I further bring to your
kind notice that my old aged parents at my native place, HPHI, and my mother require constant
medical treatment. So I am the only son to look after my family, and my presence is very
necessary.

Under the above circumstances I beg you good self to kindly consider my request transfer from
BEHI to HPHI, so that it would be convenient for me to take care of my family and discharge my
duties peacefully.

In view of the above, I humbly request you to kindly consider my request for a transfer of
headquarters from BEHI to HPHI. This would enable me to support my family responsibilities
while efficiently discharging my official duties. And I shall remain ever grateful for your kind
consideration and support.
