In my previous role as IT intern at Dalitso Business Equipment and also Nkhotakota Meru
Filling station, I was responsible for maintaining both software systems and hardware
infrastructure, ensuring consistent and secure operations. I have hands-on experience with ERP
systems, system troubleshooting, data security protocols, and user support. My background also
includes certifications in Cisco CCNA or Microsoft Certified Professional, which have enhanced
my capacity to manage complex ICT environments.

I am a proactive and solution-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments. My


passion lies in leveraging technology to improve organizational efficiency and deliver
sustainable impact.
