the warrant was received on November 20, 2022. The data files were downloaded to
the forensic computers located in the secure forensic computer lab at the Moscow
Police Department.
A warrant return receipt and affidavit were complete and these documents were
sent to the Latah County Prosecutor's Office to be returned to the court. A copy
