Date: 1/24/2023

On January 11, 2023, I met with K N , General Counsel for the University
of Idaho to facilitate the download of video footage from the campus security
cameras. I previously spoke with D L , Director of Infrastructure Services,
who had preserved videos to be reviewed for any evidence related to the
quadruple homicides at 1122 King Road on November 13, 2022. I provided the
university with a storage device capable of storing large amounts of video.
On January 18, 2023 I received a message stating the transfer of the videos was
complete and the storage device could be picked up. On January 23, 2023, I
retrieved the storage device from N and returned it to the Moscow Police
Station where a copy of the data was transferred to the server in the secure
computer forensic lab. The files were verified by hash value to ensure bit for
bit copying was completed.
