Spoken English Club – Team-Based Spoken English Initiative


To make Spoken English fun, engaging, and effective, all students are
divided into four dynamic teams:
1.Speakora – Speak to Shine
2.Lexora – Love for Language
3.Voicenix – Voice with Power
4. Wordonix – Words that Win
Each team is guided by a Team Leader, selected for their communication
skills and enthusiasm. The programme includes the following exciting
features:

Spoken Attendance – Every student greets and responds in English daily.


Red Card System – Given for repeated use of non-English during School
hours
Spoken Fries – Sentence are updated daily and used for morning practice.
Team Chart – Weekly progress and spoken performance displayed.
Point Chart – Points awarded for effort, accuracy, fluency, and
improvement.
Rewards & Recognition – Encouraging consistent effort and growth.
STAR COMMUNICATOR AWARD
BEST ROOKIE AWARD will be given to the students

Daily Motivation, Weekly Challenge, Monthly Reward


Daily: Each team leader selects a Best Rookie and a Star Communicator
from their group.
Weekly: Every Saturday, a Spoken English Competition is held with fun
themes.
Monthly: The best-performing students and teams receive exciting rewards
and badge!
