We, the undersigned students of Grade 12 - Perseus respectfully request your


kind permission to allow us to leave the school premises in July 10, 2025 for the
purpose of conducting research.

As part of our research study entitled In Vitro Evaluation of Aratiles (Muntingia


Calabura) against E. Coli (Escherichia coli)”, we will be conducting a plant
authentication activity at the City Hall of Panabo. This activity is essential in
order to properly identify and validate various plant species, which is a
significant part of our research study.

We assure you that we will strictly observe safety protocols and maintain
discipline throughout the activity. We are hoping for your favorable consideration
regarding this matter.

Dear Sir,

Good day!

Our group would like to respectfully request permission to use the SHS - Science
Laboratory as a filming location for our two Chemistry video projects.

While we will primarily be using the space to create a more suitable and
academic environment for our outputs, we would also like to use a few beakers
as props to enhance the visual presentation. Rest assured, we will handle them
with care and ensure everything is returned properly.

We plan to use the lab today, July 2, starting at 12:30 PM onwards. We will be
responsible with the space and will leave it clean and orderly after use.

We hope for your kind approval of this request. Thank you very much for your
