Luncheon is a simple web application by the help of which DataSoft internal food and catering

can be managed. The application is accessible by two user types – one is the admin side of it
and the other will be used by employee to mark their office meals.

 1. Public User
1.1 Landing Page

When the user comes for the first-time s/he will see the view of today’s lunch and snacks option as a guest user.

 1.2 Login Page

At the top right corner of the landing page there is a profile icon. Clicking on which user will be given an option to provide login
credentials to login to their accounts.

 1.3 Home Page

When the user comes for the first-time s/he will see their booked meal name and picture of the current day. They will have option
to see the meals in the coming days by using the carousel feature.

 1.4 Mark Lunch Feature

When the user clicks on mark lunch button, system displays a dialog box. User will be able to mark their lunch for current month
working days.

 1.5 View Menu Feature

Here user can see the current month lunch calendar including their choices. System will show meal pictures when hovered over
users’ choice of lunch meals. System will also display a three-dot menu when hovered in any date box for further options.

 1.6 Update Lunch of a Selected Date

When user selects the three-dot menu from a particular date box where they have already provided their choice of lunch, system
provides option for the user to change the meal s/he has already chosen before or cancel the meal.

 1.7 Book Guest Meal Page

When user selects the three-dot menu from a particular date box, system provides option for the user to add their guest lunch or
can also delete guest lunch that was previously added.

 1.8 Feedback page

After lunch time (after 2PM) when the user revisits the web application, a feedback form is provided for the user where they can
provide their feedback and comment on their lunch experience. This is an optional feature.

 1.9 Self-Bill Page

When user click report icon on the top right corner, system will let user to download the meal bill for the month. For this the user
needs to select the month for which s/he wants the month bill for.

 1.10 Logout Page

When the user click on the logout button on the top right corner of the homepage, the system displays a confirmation massage
and user is able to logout of their system.

 2. Admin User
2.1 Admin Dashboard

After the System Admin successfully Login to the system, s/he will get an option to go the Admin Panel from clicking on the
setting icon from the top right corner of the Homepage. In this panel Admin can specify which items are selected for breakfast
and snacks.

 2.2 Admin Update Lunch Page

By clicking on the Order Lunch option Admin can input lunch for an individual employee by providing User ID and the choice of
meal. The admin can also update or delete a meal reservation.

 2.3 Admin Meal Upload and View Page

Here, the admin can upload meals for the entire month by clicking on the upload icon. Additionally, they can download an Excel
template by clicking on the download icon by the help of which they will upload the data correctly.

 2.4 Admin Holiday List Page

Here, a list of event names and details is displayed. The admin can upload event names and details, specifying which dates are
holidays and providing reasons for the holidays, by clicking on the upload icon. Additionally, they can download an Excel template.

 2.5 Admin Weekend List Page

Here, the admin can select weekends followed by their organization.

Here, the Admin can view the whole month calendar with the options that they have uploaded before.

Here, the Admin can choose to download different types of Report. We have considered Lunch Bill, Today Total Lunch & Vendor
report that has been developed as per requirement.

After Admin has selected a report type, the system displays respective report data and the option for the admin to download and
view the report. This is the Lunch Bill report view.

After Admin has selected a report type, the system displays respective report data and the option for the admin to download and
view the report. This is the Today Total Lunch report view.
